Models : IEC TRAY DRYERS are available in Five different models like 12 Trays , 24 Trays , 48 Trays , 96 Trays , 192 Trays , ranging from 12 trays to 196 trays.
Temperature : standard models are designed for 100 oC and 300 oC maximum temperature
Construction : The external frame work is made up of 10 gauge MS Plate Both exterior and the interior is covered with heavy gauge CRCS sheet In between the space resin bonded special quality fiber glass heat insulation slabs are provided. Safety guards for fan blade and heaters are fitted. The interior is painted with heat resistance aluminum paint. The exterior is spray painted with silver grey gloss paint
Door : According to model doors are provided with smooth moving hinges, latches and sealing gasket
Fan & motor : well balanced large propeller type fans(s) fitted inside the chamber with suitable shaft and dual bearings with electric motors drive.
Heaters : Tubular heaters are fitted inside the chamber for maximum heat transfer
Controls : Necessary contactor assembly, on and off switch, Digital Temperature controller with indicating meter, indicating Neo lamps operating push buttons are incorporated in the control box.
Damper : Adjustable exhaust damper with an arrangement for pre-filtration in the air inlet.
Optional : Trolleys & trays supplied to customers as per their optional requirement. Thermograph supplied at the option of the customers to record the temperature.
Steam heated models : These are provided with finned tubular steam coils instead of / in addition to heaters, along with solenoid valve
